DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION  –

If you have planned everything yourself, but would like to be free of stress on your big day, this is the service for you. Customized plans starting at $2,200 for day of services.

Prior to Your Wedding Day

• • Respond to emails and phone calls for general questions and correspondence
  • One hour in-person meeting to review and finalize time line, ceremony and reception details
  • Provide comprehensive timeline template, assist in creation as needed
  • Confirm vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the wedding

Wedding Day Duties Include:

• • • Coordinate onsite details as they have been planned and communicated by you
    • Act as the point of contact for all vendors, including support and overall management for placement, timing and crucial elements as needed per the timeline
    • Facilitate guests needs & inquiries and general event flow
    • Problem solving and handling of any unexpected challenging situations
    • Assist bride and groom as needed throughout the wedding day
    • Oversee all wedding day deliveries
    • Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
    • Assist with snacks and beverages for the bridal party as needed
    • Organize and distribute all personal flowers
    • Direct timing and wedding party for ceremony
    • Safeguard and handle wedding license and any other sensitive items
    • Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding
    • Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception and/or reception to vehicle
    • Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception
    • Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
    • Collect gifts and personal décor items and ensure they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room
